Terms of Service for Holiday Portrait Session

By booking a Holiday Portrait session by PWG Lens Photography LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

•Session Fee: A non-refundable session fee of $350 is required to reserve your 20-minute session. This fee includes (5) high-resolution digital images. All additional prints, digital images, and products can be purchased separately after the session.

•Cancellations & Rescheduling: In the event of illness or emergency, clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later date or future session, based on availability. Please note that if you choose to reschedule, the holiday-themed backdrop may not be available for the new session date. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.

•Image Delivery: You will receive an online proofing gallery within 3 business days of your session, containing unedited, watermarked images for selection. Once you have selected your (5) images for editing, we will proceed with retouching and color correction. The final unwatermarked edited images will then be added back to your gallery for download. Additional images and products can be purchased separately.

•Model Release: By booking a session, you agree to grant PWG Lens Photography LLC the irrevocable right to use and publish images from the session for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to, social media, website portfolios, and printed materials. If you do not wish to grant this release, please notify us in writing prior to your session.

•Liability: PWG Lens Photography LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session or while on the studio premises.

•Copyright: All images remain the copyright of PWG Lens Photography LLC and may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
